In my experience, fair and lasting agreements can be reached when parties understand the legal framework of their particular situation, and can creatively explore different options to satisfy individual and common interests."
David is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (B.A. 1983) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1989). He is admitted to practice in Maine and in the U.S. District Court for Maine.
